Here are some simple tips on how to get rid of those persistent dark spots:
1. Use sunscreen daily with SPF 15 or higher. It is always wise to block the sun that darkens our skin. This will also minimize our risk of acquiring skin cancers.
2. Do not pick your pimples or zits since this will lead to scarring.
3. Use a skin lightener product. Below are some of the top rated skin lightener products that are effective and safe at treating dark spots, aging spots, skin discolorations.

U should not worry about these white spots as this is not a disease but a reaction caused due to eating of sour material after or before milk,To get rid of it completely u must consult a skin specialist doctor and follow the instructions given by him/her
Thats the skin damage. Any time you go tanning whether you go to the bed or outside you damage your skin if you don't use sunscreen. Its completely normal if you tan but its going to be dangerous later on if you keep tanning like that.
You should go to the tanning place and ask if it happens to people a lot or if they know what it is. If they don't, u should go to the doctor.
Its called pigment loss.
and no you cant really get rid of them.
maybe go to a doctor for refrence.
u cant make them go away
