ever since i came back from mexico my arms got covered in white spots and i put like a bunch of lotion on and some vitamim E oil and i even take vitamin E pills everyday!!!!

What did you do in Mexico that you think caused this?I've been to Mexico many times and I've never gotten any weird condition like that so I wonder what could have caused this.
they could be sun spots, they cud be liver spots, they could be something else u picked up there, please go to a dermatologist ,this is not the right place for advice, it cud be something serious too u know..
