don't stay up possibly ! and use eye cream twice a day ';gently'; with your ring finger!
WELL FOR ME, I PUT CUCUMBERS ON MY EYES A NIGHT TO MINIMIZE THE PUFFINESS AND PUT CONCEALER ON IT IN THE MORNING. SO TRY USING A WET RAG AND SOME ICE THAT SHOULD HELP.
