Here is the regimen we recommend to our patients for photoaging and wrinkles and it works wonderfully. Start with a product containting tretinoin (Retin-A, etc) and apply this daily at night for 6 months. After that, switch to twice weekly (Usually Monday and Thursday night). In the morning, apply a skin care product that is contains fruit acid, there are a lot of these products on the market. They are the alpha hydroxy products. These are strong moisturizers that will actually pull moisture out of the air and into your skin. Make sure you use a strong facial sunscreen every day to protect against further sun damage and to counteract the sensitization that tretinoin products can cause.
Tretinoin is the only product that has been proven to reduce actinic (sun) damage to the skin. In addition, it causes collagen stimulation that reduces wrinkles. You can start using these products at any age, but the best age to start at is in your 30's as collagen content begins to decrease and wrinkling begins.

Dont mess with it, if you try to squeeze it you wont do anything apart from make it red and prelong the healing time.
As its under the skin its just not ready to come to the surface yet so might take up to a few weeks to show.
Best thing you can do is exfoliate your skin to get rid of the dead cells ontop which will help the spot come to the surface.
A recommend Ocean Salt by LUSH- about 拢5 which is packed with citrus to treat the spot aswell as big and small crystals to give you the best exfoliater for the skin.
You can also try hot salt water, just a teaspoon of salt and half a cup of hot water. Use a cotton ball or bad and dip it into the hot water then hold over the spot for a few minutes. You may have to repeat a few times. This will help draw all the liquids under the skin to the surface.
When the spot is eventually at the surface, once you have squeezed the spot then try adding a benzoyl peroxide product such as acnezine which will get rid of any traces of spots within a day or two.
To prevent spots try cleansing, toning and moisturing twice everyday and exfoliate once a week.
Clinique has an excellent 3 step programme to prevent spots and take care of the skin.

My friend used to use a cream from the pharmacy called Quiniderm or Quinoderm? In a purple tube. It really drys the spot out quickly but you will need to probably use some moisturiser to stop you from getting dry skin patches. I used it a couple of times and it does work really quickly, I wouldnt use it all the time though because it does dry your skin out, but for a night out and quick results im sure it would definatly work. Good luck.

(Bio Oil is quite expensive but if you go to your local Poundland they have an alternative which is exactly the same for just a 拢1)
Apple Bio oil first then the sudocreme, the sudocreme covers the redness up
p.s. Only do this at night as the bio oil is oily (-shiny skin) and the sudocreme makes your skin appear whiter)
But in the morning you wouldn't notice as both would have rubbed into skin.

Hi, I used to have a couple of spots that came about a couple of years ago. After they went they left skin marks and I've never been able to get rid of this. I've put some on now, I get terrible spots near my chin area.. everywhere else is pretty fine. Wash your face with soap, but leave the soap on for about 5 mins and then wash it with warm water. Once its clean, get some ice and hold on the red spots for some 2 mins and then use lemon juice (just take a lemon and squeeze it, and then apply that on your face) if you want, you can also mix it with apple juice and apply the mixure on your face evenly but don't wash it off! Its best if you do this before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning your face will be fresh and clean and just wash it with warm water and apply a small amount of hydrating cream and you're good to go! :)

I would say about a week to 2 weeks depending on the sizes of these scars. As for the moisturizer, I don't think it would make the Mederma take longer to work unless your rubbing it off. well...i have had threading done around 2-3 timz also...those spots...are they red??? if they are...wash your face 3 timz a day with Noxzema or some acne/pimple wash...it should go away in around 4-5 days. 4 some people, it takes more then a week...it depends on you...its not just you...happens to me all the time...good luck!!! : )

I need something that actually works and make it look completely natural. There's so many concealers that don't work for me. Try bio-oil it's proven to minimize the appearance of many skin disorders it says on the ad. for scars and stretch marks but it can be used for pretty much anything and it can make your skin really soft. although if the problem continues i suggest going to see a doctor and he/she may give you treatment or they will refer you to a specialist (usually a dermatologist.) and you can get your problem sorted. :) if it continues don't go to dermatologist straight away as this can be pricey i suggest a doctor first.facial treatment

So it's typically they will see your problem and have the solution just for you.
I have a typical routine I use morning and night. It works really great for me. I have nice clear skin, and I've been using this routine for over 8 months. This is if you want to try, but I wouldn't want to waste money. You can give it a go though.
First off, I open up my pores with warm water. Using cold won't do anything. But I suppose you can give it a shot, I've never really given it a shot though. After apply Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser. It's cheap. Get it at Wal-Mart for a good price. About 1 or 2 pumps then apply to face. Apply it to your face in slow circles. Then rinse it off in warm water again. You should feel fresh, cause I usually do.
Secondly, apply the toner. And I use Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner. Go to Wal-Mart and buy it. It's a good price. The toner and the cleanser look totally alike, but the cleanser looks more like a lotion bottle. About 4-5 drops or more, if you wish on the cotton ball. And then you apply to face in upward strokes. Toners just clean off what the cleanser didn't and make pores smaller, making it hard for oils and dirt to go through.
Thirdly, apply the moisturizer. I use Neutrogena Moisturizer for Combination Skin. It's just a quick stop at Target or Wal-Mart for a great price. Your skin may get a little dry after you have used the toner and cleanser and completely dry over a period of time if you have not used a moisturizer. A moisturizer moistures skin when your skin is dry. Moisturizers also leave skin soft and looking refreshed. Always put your moisturizer on after or you will have dry looking and feeling skin. About 1-2 pumps is necessary then apply on face in circle motions.
Usually when I do this, I have a nice clear face that feels healthy. But then again, this may not work for you. Everyone has a different skin type, but I just wanted to share with you my daily skin routine and how that might help for you. if your acne is cleared up now, I'd try one of those over the counter microderm abraision kits. over time (won't see results right away) they will begin to fade. THe microderm abrasion gets rid of dead and damaged skin and will reveal a new layer.
I had acne really bad myself when I was a younger and I ended up with a lot of dark spots. My dermatologist had me take Accutane and his nurse would swab my face with some nitroglycerin solution during my appointments. It cleared up my skin and the spots disappeared as well, but accutane does have a bad rep because of certain side effects. So talk with your dermatologist about what options are out there for you
Well I am not sure how healthy leaving straight bleach on all night would be but there are skin bleachers that are quite effective over the counter however if you have a pre-existing condition still with acne I would proceed with caution on that..
Change your eating habits. Stay away from fired foods, junk foods, eat more vegetables and fruit and water

My dermatologist had me take Accutane and his nurse would swab my face with some nitroglycerin solution during my appointments. It cleared up my skin and the spots disappeared as well, but accutane does have a bad rep because of certain side effects. So talk with your dermatologist about what options are out there for you
Well I am not sure how healthy leaving straight bleach on all night would be but there are skin bleachers that are quite effective over the counter however if you have a pre-existing condition still with acne I would proceed with caution on that..

use pimple cream
Black heads is really hard to get rid off, but there are a few creams you can get but is only available from the doctors%26gt;
try spot creams or face washes/scrubs. that should calm them down a bit . dont wash your face with soap because that tends to clog up ur pores even more. also try bio-oil (you should be able to get this in any chemists or convienience store) this normally smooths out the texture of your face and hides any marks pimples everything xxx
use a mild skin lightening soap and/or dermaline skin whitening cream.. add a high spf sunscreen to prevent further darkening of spots... the sun is a major contributor of skin pigmentation especially on acne scars.

How do I get rid of spots around my chin?
I am a 31 year old guy who seems to be getting lots of spots around my chin. I exfoliate every day and moiturise but I still seem to get quite a lot of spots under my skin. Mine isn't clear clear but its at a point were I like it.
Use it as many times a day as you like. I like to leave mine on for about 5 minutes, because it tingles and you can tell that its actually cleaning your face. Oh and if you want your face clear, don't drink soda, drink a lot of water, no flavored water either. Cut back on eating out, 1-2 a week is fine, but 3-6 is not. Don't sleep with makeup on your face, 1.)Gets all over your pillow, and covers. . 2.) Thats what causes
breakouts.
Oh and whatever you do, do not order or use proactive, it doesn't help at all, it just breaks your face out even more. (My sister and cousin used it) And it just started breaking her face out, and my cousin he rarely used it. The Celebrities on t.v when they show up may have clear and beautiful skin, but think about it 1.)They are trying to promote the use of it because they get paid and 2.) Try to remember that they have makeup artist that professionally do their makeup!!
But the Noxsema will work..

I love Mary Kay Facial Wipes. Everything built into one! When I run out and try to use something else, I always break out. But I think that is with anything. Pick one and stay with it if it works good for you. Switching back and forth will cause breakouts. Mary Kay also makes a spot cream that helps with the fading of the brown. But the results arent right away. There are alot of brands out there, and when Im not using MK, I always go with Oil of Olay.
good hygene is the best in getting rids of this facial problem, and its better just to use a hypoallergenic soap and simple water, adding some specialized soap or cream might harm your face specially if is to sensitive.
I use pro-active now. It's expensive but gets the job done in a matter of days.

your scars or brown spots are due to;
Brown spots are very common and mostly due to sun exposure but its cure is very easy. use some good sun block of spf above 25 atleast 20 minutes before you go in sun.
Step2
Mix honey and lemon juice in equal ratio and apply it on your face. Don't go to sun for atleast 15 minutes after application. you can use it on daily basis. You can use it at the night time as well before going to bed. you can wash it after 15 to 20 minutes.
Step3

Doc gave my daughter DUAC cream. She suffered at the hands of her peers. Happy to say that her skin looks better than mine!!!
No! Scrubbing like hell makes them worse and leaves scars once they go. Go and see your doctor. I had really bad acne and now my skin is really good.

I had the exact same issue unfortuanatly sponge and water probably wont do the trick. If you are going to use somthing like that i have in the past bought a flannel and soaked it in hot water rinsed it out and put it on the place of which needs attension then leave for 20 seconds - 30 seconds and then you can squeeze them as the pores are now open on your spots. I went to my family doctor and they gave me a cream called 'duac' its free and gets rid of spots deffinatly within 1-2 days!

I am a beauty therapist and suffer from these too. They are called milia and are nothing to do with calcium. It is when sebum gets trapped in a ';closed'; pore, it cannot oxidise with the air (it would be a blackhead if it could). They are very common in dry skin around the eyes.
I recommend that you use an eye cream twice a day. Hold a hot cloth over the eye area to try and draw them out. You will find that one day when you are in the shower you will rub your face and will feel a tiny particle of grit. It means the milia has burst. you dont need to consult a dermatologist you can pop it open yourself, even if its on your eye. just squeeze it very hard or get a pin lifting your eyelid so it doesnt poke your eye itself. its very easy, you dont need professional help or anything. Report Abuse

DONT touch the eye yourself get a dermatologist to see to it. He will also remove the other ones, but if you want very gently with a hyperdermic needle take off a little of the top skin, then very gently squeeze softly and the calcium will pop out. Clean well and leave skin to rest.

And to get rid of spots and tame the oily skin as product wise, TCP ..

clean %26amp; clear daily scrub it works wonders you could probley get it in boots for about 拢3-4
yeah i had the same problem. at the end of the day, the only thing that works needs a prescription, but a course of tablets and creams from the doctor usually totally clears it up in a few weeks, and if you take them for a bit longer, htey won't come back, in most cases.vThe over the counter stuff tend to not really work anywhere near as well

Your skin will get used to the cream after a while and it will become immune to it.
Sadly, I don't think that there is much over the counter stuff that works and believe me I've tried :(
