What can I use to remove the dark spots left from acne on my face?

I've been using proactiv for my acne and it helped a little bit, but I can't get rid of the black marks left behind from my acne. Any suggestions. I'm a woman of color by the way.What can I use to remove the dark spots left from acne on my face?

Use a product that contains hydroquinone to lighten the spots. It may take a couple of months, but you will notice the difference. I use a product from Philosophy called ';A Pigment of Your Imagination.'; Also, use a sunscreen every day to prevent future spots from occuring.
