How do u get rid of heat rash and spots or pimples and blackheads?

scince summer has started i've been getting heat rash on my skin and spots. but i want 2 know jst incase i get backheads how do u get rid of it.How do u get rid of heat rash and spots or pimples and blackheads?
Srots and pimples are usually caused by having a greasy skin.I used to suffer terrible when i was a teenager .I eventually got rid of mine by having a short hair style wich i washed every night with a non greasy shampoo .The greace in your hair seeps down into the pore and thus blocking them causing spots.I use to cover my face with Calamine Lotion on a night time so it was like a face pack and then in the morning used to wash it of with cold water,.DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE AT ANY TIME WITH YOUR FINGERS AS THIS IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO..When you grow older you will have a beautiful skin and will never look your ageHow do u get rid of heat rash and spots or pimples and blackheads?
i have trick that works very nicly. i read it only and it dries up your pimples and causes them to disapear.

take an egg and seperate the yolk from the whites. you can use eirther one, but i think the whites of the egg works better and is easier to wash off of your face.

take the white (or yolk) and spread it over your face. leave on untill it dries completely.

everyday, use a type of acne face wash 2 times a day. it costs like 2 or 3 dollars. any brand from the drugstore will work.

most people tell you not to pop pimples, but..it you really must, it always seems to make the pimple go away sooner. (but it causes a scab to appear wich wont go away for like a day or 2)

if a pimple is very red, put ice on it for a few minutes and it wont be as swolen or be as red.

another trick to dry a pimple out is to crush up a few asprin and mix it with alchol to form a thickk paste apply this to the pimple and leave it on untill it dries. then wash it off after.

plus, let the pimple air out. if their are bangs or hair covering the pimple, it can cause oil and grease to go on the pimple preventing it not to go away.

also, some people might say to put toothpaste on the pimple over night, but i've tried this and it does NOT work.
use face wash. simple is the best brad out there right now, and prety cheap. but heat rash is best treated with simple moisturiser. its just where your paws in your skin have been dried up and become sore from the heat. So just use a good moisturiser on the afected area after your shower/bath and it should clear up. If its very sore, use it slightly more regularly, like twice a day. Nothing to worry about tho, nearly everynody gets heat rash.
If you have heat rash you may want to try this remedie

make a mixture of plain yogurt and pure honey and apply on the area. leave on for 20 minutes then rinse of using cold water, tap dry. also after you may want to massage the area with vaseline which will help and sooth.

for blackheads, spots etc please refer here: http://www.epictureperfect.net/beauty_re鈥?/a>
clearasil, or just wash your face alot with hot water. try putting on make upi aswell, i know this sounds weird, but i used to have loads of spots, and i started wearing make up, and now im completely clear and i have soft skin. oh by the way, ever thought youre allergic to something?
Wash the affected parts regularly at least three times a day for the next five years and hey presto the spots, pimples, black heads, etc. will disappear like magic. Growing older has something to do with it also.
maybe its an allergy, ever try benadryl? i use it for hives, for pimples wash your face with a foaming cleanser and then use a moisturizer from a clean and clear brand.

to help with heat rash use either lanacane cream:-which helps with the ithcyness...OR e45 cream will help soothe the soreness
exfoliate usually and then moisturize. use a good sun protection cream to diminish the creation of the spots.
