Put some ice on it and it should take the swelling ans redness down. try tea tree old and well 2 dry it out.What is the best thing to do when it comes to spots?
Go to your supermarket, like tescos or somewhere, and get some clearasil, and you can get loads of other stuff, have a good look at what symptoms u have and read the description on the bottle. i infact went the other day as i am no the pill and it made me have spots, and im telling u wat its clearing them right up.
It also depends whether i have ache, if that the case go to the doctors :) xxx
i have the same problem but i get mine more then you... nothing has helped... i have gone to the doctors waht thay have gave has not any of the times... no cleansers woork... i have been using a daily face wash and so far the best...
Go to your doctors %26amp; ask about your spots %26amp; they will most probably give you a cream to apply everynight:)

Even if you don't have achne they'll still give you cream to get rid of your spots:)
To prevent them i would say drink lots of water, but sometimes that doesn't help. If you go to your doctors then they might prescribe you something to help :D
