It is best to not put your fingers on your pimples at all. The bacteria will only make things worse. There are many ways to get rid of them. My best advice is drink lots of water and moisterize.
Mix a tablespoon of sugar and alittle bit of water to make it into a paste. Put the paste on the spots and then go to sleep with it on. In the morning it should be much less red ! :) Hope that helps

im using the SASLIC FOAMING FACE WAS....i use it twice a day....ive been using it since a week and it seriously works....those spots are hardly visible....try it...!

They are scars on your face, I have some too, from popping your pimpies. Use mederma or coco butter to help lighten them up. It will work, trust me! Goodluck =]
Just wash your face like you usually do, make sure to not go to bed with make up on, and mosturize as well. Basic up keep should do the trick
