I swear by Tea Tree Oil, you can get it in most drug-stores and supermarkets. It clears them so quickly. It should be relatively cheap and you only have to use a few drops over the whole of your forehead. I had this massive outbreak all over my forehead this morning, like 30 red spots. I cleared them up and reduced redness so they're not so noticeable.
Apparently toothpaste takes away the spots over night... But it all depends all of the skin adn spot type.
i use freederm %26amp; nuetrogena facial cleansing/spot wipes. :)
