I think that they are called ';Sun Spots';, but I'm not exactly sure. The are white and show up even worse when they are exposed to the sun. Hence, why I wear jackets or long sleeves all the time (Even when it is 100 degrees). I am so self- conscious about them. If there is anyone who can help me and tell me what's best to get rid of them I would greatly appreciate it. =)What are white colored spots on skin that never seem to go away?
