How can I get rid of brown spots and moles that I got from the sun?

I ended up getting 5 more sun spots from my last sunburn. I also ended up getting 4 more moles. So how can I get rid of them without surgery? Which products would be effective? How can I get rid of brown spots and moles that I got from the sun?
you're easily prone to hyperpigmentation and sun damage.. here's a nice easy-to-read article on how to correct these dark skin spots safely and effectively -How can I get rid of brown spots and moles that I got from the sun?
A friend of mine uses a papaya soap from the Philippines called Silka which she says effectively lightened her skin. I've read online that papaya based soaps are popular in the Philippines for naturally whitening skin, but I haven't tried it myself.
I went to my dermatologist. Brown spots- she prescribed a cream- Tri-Luma. Insurance didn鈥檛 cover the cream and it was 120. The stuff works- it takes about a month or so before you see them fading. I had small moles and skin tags- all from sun exposure- they froze them at the visit- completely painless and super quick- they turn real dark first- then they just disappear in about a week - 10 days.
I've tried Sun Spot by Murad and it's very effective. It's about $50 per bottle and last for about 5 months. If you want something more inexpensive put salicylic acid in your toner and apply it twice a day.
