how can i get rid of these tiny spots on my forehead? iv noticed the are coming back!Spots?.........?

If it causes you pain physically or even affects your confidence see your doc, tell them how it makes you feel and they will normally provide you with a topical treatment(stuff you put on your face). If you have no joy with the doc, or just simply don't think its a big enough deal to go to the doc just buy some Fragrance free, non comedogenic cleaner, such as freederm or even 'Simple' soap bars and use it twice a day in the morning and night or as otherwise instructed.





Do NOT use ordinary soap as that stuff is horrible to put on your face and will likely make things worse. Also touch the pimples as little as possible, you can irritate them, spread the bacteria and make things worse.

Try Vichy Normaderm, I use it and find it very good. You will need to give it a few works to start working fully. Failing that you could try your doctor, they may prescribe antibiotics.

docs can give special cream only if u have loads or just soap water and spot cream if still not pop them its funner!!!
