My skin color was normal until i started using a strong acne medication on my face, then the skin where I applied the medication turned white, now i can't seem to get rid of them, even with tanning they stay they stay white. Apply Vitamin E to the white spots. Should be better in about 2 weeks.

I'd say you need to see a dermatologist...and STOP using whatever product you were using...
