How do you get rid of sun spots on my arms?

When I was in Florida two summers ago, I neglected to put sunscreen on daily, and it barely put it on my arms at all.


For the past two years tho, I have lighter, dry skin patches on my upper arm. There are about 5 or 6 light areas that are very dry on each arm. I want a lotion or something that will moisturize and lighten them so they are no longer visible.
