How do you get rid of tiny spots?

I have a LOAD of little spots all clumped together on my cheeks. It's all red and horrible, but they aren't normal black heads so I don't know how to get rid of them. Is that acne?How do you get rid of tiny spots?

Anything like that should be seen by a doctor as sun exposure could be the blame for these. I strongly advise you to get it checked out.
Sounds like milia that are hardened build up of sebum under the skin. Best approach is NOT to squeeze them, all that does is break the skin, spread infection and allow further infection to develop. If you have to touch that area i.e. when washing face make sure your hands are clean. I suggest steaming your face which softens the skin and then use a gentle exfoliator which will allow the top layers of skin to wear down and release the sebum. good luck
