What is the best thing to get rid of spots and keep them away?

Nothing seems to work! I have black heads and lots of other spots and i use a face wipe, i use it every day, twice a day and nothing works!

i did have moderate to severe acne. i would suggest you go to the doctors which is what i did and i got perscribed oxytetracyline tablets and a cream called quinoderm. the quinoderm works great and if you didn't want to go to the doctors, you can still buy quinoderm over the counter for a reasonable price. use it morning and night and you see results in days. hope it helps :)
