I have them pretty much 24/7 on like 3 nails at a time, theyll go away and come back on different nails tho what does this mean? I heard its lackk of calcium? What does it mean when you have white spots on your nails?
No, actually, it's too much calcium.
Don't worry about it. It's fine, they won't hurt you. A lot of people have it. Just wear nail polish if you're embarressed, but I doubt anyone but you notices. In the big scheme of life, white spots on fingernails aren't a big issue. :DWhat does it mean when you have white spots on your nails?
i think it just means your bumped or jammed your nail... do you use your hands a lot?
im constantly working with my hands and i have white spots all the time, versus the little prissy girls who dont do any ';mans'; work and their nails are clear
unhealthy. also if you press hard on an area, like jam it in a door or something.... if you are embarassed, use a clear coat that strengthens the nail, then a dark color [black is cute, dark blue/purple] so yeah
mine?

you don't have enough calcium... i have all sorts on my fingernails ... i'm lactose and tolerant and i don't drink milk or have any dairy products so that's why i don't have enough calcium
It is definitely NOT a lack of calcium. I drink 3-4 glasses of milk a day and i have white spots on my nails.
lack of zinc or you injured those nails somehow like the first person said.
It isnt calcium search it up
That's fungus.
your all wrong, its a lack of potassium and vitamin c
it's just like a calcium build up or lack of it, one of those i forget which. it's nothing harmful.
