I have tried all the Danruff shampoo's and other things over the years, but noting helps. I have a few on my arms, but many on my legs and the more tan I have the more they stand out. It could be hypopigmentation... Which is where you tan so much, your body stops making melanin in certain parts of your body. This use to not be seen in younger people, but it is becoming more and more common in people in their late teens and early twenties.
