How can i get rid of the spots on my nose caused by my glasses?

I took a break from wearing contacts for a few months, now I'm back to wearing my contacts but now I have these spots on my nose from where the nose piece, I guess, rubbed against my nose. Any suggestions would be a big help!How can i get rid of the spots on my nose caused by my glasses?
Either get a softer padding material on your glasses, get lighter lenses, or switch back to the contacts.

Your glasses probably have the rubber nose piece.


Don't use those.


You need the kind without that.


I have the kind that's just plastic which are like apart of my glasses but not.. those attatched nose things. XD


I don't get the mark, so try plastic?
either dont wear them..or realize that you are human and there will be temporary marks for a little while after wearing them.


you see, that's what happens when you press on human flesh and stop the circulation in that area...
exfoliate the area when you wash your face and use a light moisturiser


the material of the glasses rim may be irratating the skin you could buy different type of glasses.

Your nose piece might have been too tight. Put on foundation over the spots to hide them untill they go away on thier own.
